Benjamin Bukari is an accomplished attorney specializing in commercial law, technology transactions, and corporate strategy. Benjamin serves as legal counsel for startups, mid-size companies, and industry-leading organizations, focusing on corporate governance, venture capital, cybersecurity, digital accessibility, and digital assets. 

Benjamin most recently served as General Counsel and Director of Operations at Provide Technologies Inc., an enterprise zero-knowledge middleware company to synchronize the world’s data and systems. Benjamin spearheaded the company’s go-to-market strategy, negotiated enterprise licenses, and designed new business models that successfully increased MRR and ARR.

Before Provide, Benjamin served on the legal team for Deque Systems, Inc., a software company that produces digital accessibility software and services for HTML, mobile web, and native iOS and Android. Benjamin served as counsel to the C-suite and internal business teams, negotiated enterprise SaaS deals, and grew the company’s annual bookings from $20 million to $40 million.
