About Brad
Brad Jubber is a strategic, client-focused attorney specializing in intellectual property and business law. As a registered U.S. Patent Attorney, he advises inventors, startups, and established companies on securing and enforcing their rights across patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. His practice centers on protecting what makes each client unique—whether through patent prosecution, trademark portfolio management, or trade secret strategies.
Brad also brings deep experience in structuring holding companies and developing scalable frameworks for licensing, technology transfer, and IP commercialization. With a background in both innovation law and litigation, and experience as a Guardian ad Litem and defense attorney, he offers a unique perspective on advocacy and ethics. Brad is committed to helping clients not only protect their intellectual property, but also understand how to use it as a strategic business asset.

Downtime
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his children—backpacking, fishing, and camping whenever possible. A former Eagle Scout, he remains active in his children’s scouting adventures and appreciates the real-world skills and values scouting instills in young people. Brad is a hockey enthusiast, a dedicated football dad, and an active member in several local organizations focused on giving back to the community he serves.
