Dana Jewell is a seasoned legal executive and tech lawyer with extensive experience building and scaling legal departments at both public and private tech companies. Dana has worked across the tech ecosystem, from hardware to software and B2B/B2C platforms.
Dana most recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mixhalo, a live event audio streaming company, and previously built the legal team at Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) during a period of hypergrowth. Dana’s career includes IP and litigation experience at Baker Botts and Fulbright & Jaworski, followed by in-house roles at companies like General Mills, Dell, eBay, and Blackberry.
