About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Estrada holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University and an MBA from Northcentral University. She began her career in Human Resources as a defense contractor and went on to spend the majority of her professional life in public service as a civil servant with the Department of the Army, serving in the role of Army Reserve Administrator. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Elizabeth dedicated 23 years to combined active-duty and reserve service as a 37F (Psychological Operations Team Chief and Platoon Sergeant). Her core areas of expertise include recruiting, employee engagement and relations, and workplace investigations. Over the past eight years, she has served in senior leadership roles, contributing as a strategic planner for HR departments and a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time in nature -hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She is also passionate about traveling, attending music festivals, baking, and playing board games with friends and family.
