About Joshua

Joshua Williams concentrates his practice on commercial real estate projects, tax planning, and corporate transactions. He advises developers, investors, and business owners on all phases of real estate acquisition, development, financing, and disposition. His work often includes negotiating and closing complex deals, structuring joint ventures, and guiding clients through land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the local level. 

In addition to real estate, Joshua provides strategic counsel on business structuring, contract negotiation, and tax-efficient planning for closely held companies, partnerships, and nonprofits. He regularly assists clients with entity formation, capital planning, and corporate governance matters. His ability to bridge legal and financial considerations makes him a trusted advisor for clients seeking both technical precision and practical insight.

Outside of his legal practice, Joshua is a mentor and coach in youth baseball, a role he has embraced for over a decade with passion and purpose. He serves as a board member of Baseball Face Cares, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing the joy of baseball to underprivileged children around the world. His commitment to using sports as a vehicle for opportunity and connection extends globally, most notably through his work in helping Dennis Kasumba, a talented young catcher from Uganda, travel to the United States to play for the Frederick Keys. The remarkable journey was featured in an ESPN documentary and gained national media attention, including coverage in two Los Angeles Times articles. Joshua’s heart for mentorship, service, and community is central to who he is, on and off the field.
