Kylee earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ferris State University, completing graduate studies in May 2019. Since then, she has gained broad experience across several industries, with a consistent focus on Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. In December 2023, Kylee became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), further underscoring her expertise and dedication to advancing the HR profession.
