Pam Catania brings substantial expertise to Mavacy with a strong foundation in corporate law, securities, and complex transactional matters. Throughout her career, Pam has represented a diverse range of clients, including high-growth companies and their investors, across critical stages of the corporate life cycle from formation to exit. Her work includes guiding private companies in financing transactions, including early-stage convertible debt financings, SAFEs and venture capital led preferred stock financing rounds, and in M&A transactions.  Pam also represents angel and venture capital investors in financing matters.   

Pam specializes in corporate and securities law for emerging growth companies, and entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and investors, across a wide variety of market segments.  Pam also serves as outside general counsel providing ongoing business representation and strategic advice for entity formations,  corporate governance and general business day-to-day matters. Her experience on a wide variety of matters makes her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients, especially for those seeking seasoned guidance in navigating complex business transactions and regulatory environments.

Downtime
Beyond her legal expertise, Pam actively supports her two teenagers’ athletic and collegiate goals as they pursue soccer at competitive levels.  She currently volunteers with the National Great Pyrenees Rescue and in dog rescue generally.  Pam is a lifelong learner and her love for travel and global awareness enriches her perspective, adding depth to both her professional and personal contributions.
