Filipe Cutrim is a Brazilian-licensed attorney focused on corporate and cross-border transactional matters. He spent nearly a decade in Brazilian practice, serving as senior in-house counsel on the largest M&A transaction in Latin America’s energy transmission sector and advising on shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, and EPC contracts for energy and infrastructure projects. His arbitration experience includes commercial disputes before the CAM-CCBC and FGV chambers. He is a member of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil and is not licensed to practice law in the United States.
