Javier Villar Rosa is an attorney specializing in intellectual property law, with a strong focus on supporting the creative and cultural industries. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and currently practices law while serving as a professor in the Master’s program for Management of Creative Industries at Sacred Heart University in San Juan. Javier provides strategic legal guidance to clients navigating complex IP matters, including copyright, trademark, licensing, and media-related contracts, helping protect and maximize the value of their creative and business endeavors.

Outside of his legal and academic work, Javier Villar Rosa is deeply engaged in the arts and creative community. He is the founder of Itoko Media Corp. and the lead performer and composer of the musical project Tambora Zen. He is also a member of Ágora Teatro, contributing as a composer and live musician, and performs with the Guitar Orchestra of the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music. Through these pursuits, Javier combines his passion for music, theater, and performance with his commitment to supporting and shaping Puerto Rico’s cultural scene.
