The Mavacy Five: How We Live Our Values Every Day
At Mavacy, culture isn’t a poster on the wall. It’s the daily standard that guides how we work, how we serve others, and how we treat each other. Culture shows up in actions, not words. That’s why our values are clear, practical, and lived in real time.
Externally Focused
Being Externally Focused means putting others first, clients, teammates, friends, new contacts, even the people we meet in passing. We anticipate needs before they are raised, treat urgent problems as our own, and measure success by how others succeed. Like a quarterback with eyes downfield, we keep our focus on where others need to go, not just on ourselves.
Creative
Being Creative means we never settle for “that’s how it’s always been done.” We step back, look at problems from new angles, and design solutions that create momentum. When a system slows us down, we don’t work around it, we redesign it. Creativity is having a full toolbox, not just a hammer.
Grit
Grit means pushing through challenges and finishing strong no matter the obstacles. Deals stall, documents get delayed, deadlines collide. A team without grit stops there. At Mavacy, grit keeps the work moving until the job is done. Like running a marathon in the rain, it’s the determination to finish when conditions are tough.
